Make It Sellable
Remove every barrier between a prospect and a paid subscription. This phase exists because the product currently has no public presence, no way to send invitation emails, no auth option beyond Google OAuth, and no billing. A prospect literally cannot discover, evaluate, or pay for the product. Phase 1 fixes all four.

Make It Retainable
Ensure self-serve trial users can reach the aha moment (CSV import → populated asset list) without manual concierge support, and give the team visibility into what's working. This phase exists because the GTM plan shifts from manual outreach (Phase 1's 5 signups) to community-driven self-serve signups (Phase 2's 20 activated accounts target). Without onboarding guidance, activation rate will be too low for self-serve to work.

Expand & Differentiate
Deepen the product for growing accounts and upmarket expansion. This phase addresses the nice-to-have gaps that don't block first sales or initial retention but differentiate the product for the Team and Business tiers. Prioritized by customer feedback and usage data from Phase 2's analytics.
