Planning update
Choosing the next Omega War clip
An early Reel observation led to a proposed follow-up. We’re agreeing goals and checking reporting before the next content batch; the follow-up has not launched.
No new content release is claimed in this update.
What we learned
- The October 29 review found early viewing and saving signals. It could not verify purchases or revenue from the campaigns, and there was no baseline for players returning.
- One Omega War Reel had 1,360 views and five saves at an early, roughly 13-hour observation. We have not compared it with similar posts at the same age. It gives us a follow-up to investigate, without establishing a sales result.
- Too few people had watched the YouTube videos in that review to justify increasing production effort. Existing release holds remain. Each content batch still requires a YouTube video and Short, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and Threads.
Decisions
- The October 29 review recommended one comparable Omega War follow-up. It remains an unlaunched proposal; the early Reel does not establish repeatable improvement or a sales effect.
- Keep marketing focused on games while preserving the company’s broader software ambitions.
- Use five outcome families: acquisition, return play, library discovery, creator/game demand and commercial results. Numeric targets are not yet agreed.
- Track post counts, portfolio coverage, response times, production effort and experiment decisions alongside business outcomes.
Next
- Reconcile the goals, metric definitions and numerical ambition before new content production and distribution.
- Check that the reports and player links belong to the right game. Keep missing figures marked as unavailable.
- At each weekly review, publish a dated account of shipped work, outcomes, evidence gaps, lessons and next experiments here and in the Build Log.

Business outcomes: not yet measured
- Player acquisition: Unavailable. Not measured here yet. We are checking which app and website reports are available for each game.
- Players who return: Unavailable. We have not verified a way to follow actual gameplay across those days. Check reporting support or identify the exact blocker by November 2; read day-seven results only when cohorts have matured.
- Discovery across games: Unavailable. We have not verified a way to connect play across games. Recommendation clicks stay a separate intent signal.
- Qualified game demand: Unavailable. We can record public messages. Interest does not establish enrollment or play, and a public tester sign-up route is not established.
- Commercial results: Unavailable. We are checking access to each game’s sales reports. Missing or privacy-hidden figures are unavailable, not zero. Report refunds, proceeds and actual marketing costs separately; no dollar revenue or profit target is assumed.
