Goals agreed: turning game discovery into player demand

The owner agreed our starting Arcade KPIs. Product campaigns can move into preparation while changelog highlights, feedback stories and company roundups continue.

No new content release is claimed in this update.

What we learned

  • Looking beyond the newest posts restored the role of individual changelog highlights, design decisions and player-feedback stories in the company’s build-in-public work. A broader reach history does not establish game conversion.
  • The feedback Reel’s public post and owner Insights were matched directly. It clarifies the camera view of an unchanged staged scene; it is not evidence of a feedback-caused game fix.
  • Current game-level download, sales, gameplay-return and cross-game reporting still need verification. Missing figures remain unavailable, not zero.

Decisions

  • The owner approved the starting scorecard for October 30–November 5: five paid transactions (stretch ten), 50 first-time native downloads (stretch 100), 100 measured visits to playable game destinations (stretch 200), and ten qualified named-game interest accounts (stretch 20). Source-native report periods and attribution stay explicit.
  • Measure actual gameplay return and second-game starts when supported. No numerical retention or cross-game player target has been agreed before a valid baseline.
  • Each game campaign gets a stage-appropriate audience, proposition, destination, primary metric, prospective target and decision rule. All eligible active games retain meaningful weekly coverage and feedback triage.
  • Keep changelog, decision and feedback content, plus weekly games roundups and fiscal-quarter operations reviews and introductions, alongside acquisition and offer campaigns. Track trust and audience response separately from game outcomes.
  • The general KPI reconciliation hold is released. Each content batch still requires a YouTube video and Short, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and Threads. Specific source, media, audio, review and owner release holds remain.

Next

  • Reconcile existing publications, pending destinations and due measurements before restarting an already-produced story.
  • Verify each game’s reports and player destination; freeze per-game targets before its campaign launches.
  • Review the first week on November 6, carrying immature cohorts and delayed reports forward. Publish outcomes, lessons and next decisions in the War Room.

Evidence

  • Player-feedback camera clarification Reel

Owner Insights recorded October 29: 7,304 views, 20 saves and two attributed follows. The public creative identifies the scene; it does not expose every Insights field or establish game acquisition.

Business outcomes: not yet measured
  • Player acquisition: Unavailable. Not measured here yet. We are checking which app and website reports are available for each game.
  • Players who return: Unavailable. We have not verified a way to follow actual gameplay across those days. Check reporting support or identify the exact blocker by November 2; read day-seven results only when cohorts have matured.
  • Discovery across games: Unavailable. We have not verified a way to connect play across games. Recommendation clicks stay a separate intent signal.
  • Qualified game demand: Unavailable. We can record public messages. Interest does not establish enrollment or play, and a public tester sign-up route is not established.
  • Commercial results: Unavailable. We are checking access to each game’s sales reports. Missing or privacy-hidden figures are unavailable, not zero. Report refunds, proceeds and actual marketing costs separately; no dollar revenue or profit target is assumed.
