Operation Red Alert
Overview
This work is currently live, so the page should explain what is happening now and how progress is being measured.
Red Alert is a games-first operation with a discipline problem to fix. Danger Close: WW1 is waiting on App Store review, nine more games are in active development, and the Arcade gives every one of them a public home. The operation measures what actually ships each week, puts the first paid game in the App Store, and turns players into followers through the Arcade and the email list.
Why it matters
This work is being tracked against 5 objectives, with 0 complete and 5 still in progress.
The immediate focus is phase 1 — ship the first paid game: danger close: ww1 approved and live on the app store (target: app store listing), which is the clearest signal of what the team is working through right now.
