Deep implementation work can be valuable model evaluation even when it should not become a maintained product. A companion port broadens technical evidence, but it does not create a second commercial product or substitute for validated users, distribution, and willingness to pay.
Track the terminal build and browser port as one explicit Fable 5 evaluation from the outset, set completion criteria around simulation quality and cross-platform implementation, and require independent market evidence before admitting either artifact to the commercial portfolio.
