Makers can select their cutting machine (Glowforge, xTool, Cricut) from a dropdown and export an SVG that imports cleanly into their machine's software with no fixes needed. This is the GTM launch blocker — without it, the "get a cut file" promise breaks.
Users can upgrade from Free (5-10 exports/month) to Pro ($15/month, unlimited exports) via Stripe Checkout. Export limit is enforced on the free tier. The upgrade flow is triggered when users hit their export limit after proving value on real jobs.
Track user behavior through the pipeline to measure activation, engagement, retention, and export quality — the metrics defined in research/metrics.md. Data from early users informs all subsequent optimization phases.
