Football Slam

Playable browser football arcade prototype preserved after its standalone commercial thesis was killed. The completed game and deployed build served primarily as a Fable 5 capability experiment, with no validated demand, adoption, monetization, or go-to-market evidence supporting continued product investment.

Completed Fable 5 Experiment, Not a Commercial Thesis

Lessons Learned

A polished, deployed prototype can successfully validate an AI model's ability to build a coherent game without validating customer demand or creating a reason to operate that game as a commercial product. Portfolio classification should follow the intended experiment and market evidence, not implementation completeness alone.

What I'd Do Differently

Label model-capability builds as experiments before portfolio admission, define the technical questions they are meant to answer, and require separate demand and distribution evidence before promoting a successful prototype into the commercial product line.
